What Are The Movement Camps

I created The Movement Camps because I felt desperate to find a retreat that truly suited me. I love yoga, but I can’t imagine doing it for an entire week. I’ve practiced Pilates for over a decade, martial arts for half of my life, and explored countless movement disciplines—yet I couldn’t imagine joining a wellness retreat focused on just one thing.

I WANTED IT ALL. One breathtaking, off-the-radar location filled with people who crave diversity in movement, connection, and experience.
At The Movement Camps, we’ve built exactly that: a joyful playground for your body and soul. Together, we move, play, and explore—combining practices like yoga, Pilates, dance, and strength work with adventures that bring you closer to nature, yourself, and others. From surfing to mountain hikes, sunrise swims to shared meals, each day is a celebration of curiosity and connection.

This is more than a retreat. It’s an invitation to rediscover the freedom of movement, the joy of play, and the magic of living fully. Come join us and experience it for yourself.

In everyday life, we’re often bound by rigid time slots — work, train, eat, sleep, socialize — dictated by calendars rather than choice.

At The Movement Camps, we believe joy thrives in spontaneity. Imagine waking up and asking yourself: What do I feel like doing today?

 

Can you let your body guide you — deciding how intensely to move, or whether to move at all — trusting its wisdom over the mind’s demands?

Our schedule is intentionally full, but not to pressure you into attending everything. Some days, you’ll feel energized to dive into every activity, and that’s amazing. Other days, you might prefer a slower morning, a longer siesta, or simply taking a relaxing walk in the forests.

 

The choice is yours — try something new, embrace the movement, or just soak in the stillness without guilt.

How to get to
Antoniow?

There are several ways of getting to Antoniow, Poland:

1. Flights

- Flying to Wroclaw.

- *Similar distance from Dresden and Prague Airports.

2. Transfers

- We will arrange transfers from Wroclaw Airport (exact costs will depend on how many people will share car, expect around 100-130 EUR per person for return trip)

What Those Who Already Joined Say

I'll just say it's surpassed all my expectations.

I've done yoga retreats. And I've done other kinds of retreats, like meditation retreats. But they're all kind of single dimension,

whereas I've found this was very multi-dimensional with all the various trainings.
